Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on October 28, 1967 in the home of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Julia Fona Roberts is the fourth generation of Roberts that resided in Atlanta. Her father took the first interest to theatre. When he was a college pupil at Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he took part in several performances. In 1953, he joined the Air Force and while stationed at Biloxi in Mississippi, he acted in a show with Betty Lou Bredemus. In 1955, they got married and their child Eric Anthony was born. In 1957, the couple quit the Air Force and Walter enrolled at Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter was a part of the Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio when the family moved from Atlanta to Decatur, Georgia in 1960. In 1964 Walter as well as Betty Lou began production on a local children's Saturday morning television show called Bum Bum and His Buddies which they financed their own. In 1964 Walter and Betty Lou established The Actors and Writers Workshop. It ran for about six years. They had two more children: Lelisa Billingsley (1965) (also called Lisa) as well as Julia Billingsley (1967) (also know by the name Julie).
