Meagan Monique Good was born on the 8th, 1981 in the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle, her mother who managed her in her teen years and to her dad Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. She grew up living in Canyon Country with her three siblings in California. As a child, at four years of age she started acting. Early in her career, she appeared as an actor on programs on television like Doogie Howser Amen or M.D. In 1995 at 13 she was cast in her first film Friday. In 1997, she first gained attention for her character in Eve's Bayou as Cisely Batiste who is a troubled teenager. The film earned her the debut N.A.A.C.P. nomination for this film. Image Award Nomination. Good was first seen in small roles on film and TV during a short period of time, and then moved into more mature roles at the start of the 2000s. She appeared in the role of Nina in Cousin Skeeter, a Nickelodeon T.V. The actress was on Nickelodeon's T.V. show Cousin Skeeter, from 1998 to 2001. In addition, she had small parts in the movies House Party to the Last Minute (1998) as well as 3 Strikes (2000). In 2003 she portrayed Vanessa Scott, a character in My Wife and Kids. She appeared in D.E.B.S, an action comedy film that resulted in her being nominated as Best Actress at the Black Movie Awards in 2005. In the following years, she was in several films such as You've Got Yourself Served, Cookout Venom One Missed Call Waist Deep as well as The Love Guru. Following a busy year on T.V. The actress played Mya, a multi-star in Think Like a Man as well as her character in Ms. Stevens for Dysfunctional friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer studied at Baylor University Waco Texas. She graduated with an B.F.A. The performing arts degree was awarded in 2010. The actress began her career in 2010, when she appeared in Simon Fuller's webseries,"If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer, who had performed in several local productions prior to making her screen debut in 2010 in Simon Fuller's Hulu show If I Can Dream. The show on Hulu, If I Can dream revolves about the life of a group of performers who reside on the streets of Hollywood California.
